Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNUR marketing website and user panel, and explains how data is handled when using subscription services. Third-party payment pages and external platforms have their own privacy rules. VPNUR uses information only as needed to provide services, verify transactions and handle support requests.

Account and Order Information

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. An email address is optional. Do not include personal contact details in your username. Account information is used for authentication, subscription assignment and account settings. Passwords are authentication credentials and should not be shared in support tickets or other public content.

Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status and related transaction information. They are used to confirm payment, activate subscriptions, and handle renewals and refunds. Traffic usage and subscription status are used for billing and quota management, not to reconstruct browsing activity. Support tickets and attachments submitted by users are used to investigate the reported issue. Before submitting, redact sensitive information such as passwords, subscription URLs and payment credentials.

No-Logs Policy

VPNUR does not keep logs: it does not record which websites users visit through international routes, which pages they browse or what content they transmit, and does not retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct individual browsing activity. Connection logs are not kept long term, and browsing history is not used to build personal profiles.

Account status, cumulative traffic usage and order information needed to provide the service are separate from website browsing records and connection logs. Usage data is used to determine remaining quota and does not include destination websites or specific browsing content. A no-logs policy does not mean that account and transaction information is never processed, nor does it replace the need to review device permissions, browser settings and the privacy rules of external platforms.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Visit analytics on the marketing website help us understand page visits, referral sources and button usage, improve content and identify page issues. Analytics are limited to this website and its interactions. They do not extend to external websites accessed through subscription services, and are kept separate from subscription traffic billing.

Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain sessions and save login credentials, language preferences and essential interface settings. Clearing this data may end your login session or restore default settings, but does not delete account and order records stored on the server. Log out after using a shared device and clear site storage when needed. Browser storage management tools can be used to review and delete local data.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

VPNUR supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by third-party payment services or the relevant transaction network, each subject to its own rules. VPNUR uses order identification information and payment results to verify transactions. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords through support tickets.

Completing a payment may require sharing the order amount and related transaction information with the payment processor. Records on public transaction networks are outside VPNUR’s control, and deleting an account on this site does not remove those records. Except as needed to provide services or as required by applicable law, this service does not sell account information as a marketing list. When information must be provided by law, the scope is limited to the relevant requirement.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to use the account and provide services. Order and support ticket information is retained for as long as needed to verify transactions, handle disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. There is no single fixed retention period. When the purpose for processing ends and there is no need to retain the information, it should be deleted or de-identified.

Users can submit requests to access, correct or delete information through a user panel support ticket, specifying the scope of the request. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deletion may affect subscription access and after-sales support. Transaction records that must be retained by law cannot be deleted together with the account. Clearing local storage and requesting deletion of server-side information are separate actions.

Policy Updates and Privacy Feedback

If data uses, processing methods or applicable rules change, VPNUR will update this policy and the last-updated month on this page. Significant changes to the scope of processing will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. If a new processing activity requires consent, that consent must be obtained first.

Submit privacy questions and data handling requests through a user panel support ticket. Specify the relevant page or order, and do not include passwords or complete subscription URLs. See the Terms of Service and Refund Policy for information about service use and refunds.
