Refund Policy

Last updated: December 2026

This policy covers refund requests for VPNUR subscription services. Requests, order checks, and outcomes are recorded in support tickets in the user panel. Before submitting a request, make sure the account and payment order match, and review the time window, eligibility, and payment details below.

Refund Window and How It Is Calculated

You can request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. The first payment date is verified against the payment record for the completed order shown in the user panel. Whether a request falls within the window is determined by the time the ticket containing the explicit refund request was first submitted; later additions of information do not change that timestamp.

You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied or complete troubleshooting before requesting a refund within the window. You may choose to share details about your connection to help VPNUR improve its service, but this is not a requirement for processing a refund. Renewals, upgrades, or additional payments do not restart the first-payment refund window.

Eligibility and Order Verification

Both monthly subscription and data package orders can be submitted for review. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data packages do not expire and remain available until used. These billing differences do not change the first-payment refund window. The order type and payment amount are verified against the actual records.

Normal connection, importing a subscription, or using included data is not grounds for denying a refund for any reason within the window. If usage exceeds the plan allowance, an order appears irregular, or there is a record of account violations, VPNUR will review the relevant records and explain the findings in the ticket. A refund under the terms above will not be automatically canceled solely because data has been used or an account has been restricted.

Orders outside the request window are not covered by the full-refund commitment described here. Unpaid orders, amounts already refunded, and orders that cannot be verified as belonging to the requesting account cannot be refunded again or returned without verification. Duplicate charges and payment status discrepancies can be reviewed through a separate ticket and are handled separately from refunds for any reason.

How to Request a Refund and What to Include

  1. Sign in to the account used for payment, open the user panel support tickets, and clearly state that you are requesting a refund.
  2. Provide the order ID, plan name, payment method, and payment record. If you are asking about multiple orders, list each amount you want reviewed separately.
  3. Check the ticket reply, provide any missing order information, and confirm the refund amount and return method.
  4. Wait for the ticket record to be updated, then check the payment channel for the funds. If the status looks unusual, follow up in the original ticket.

Payment screenshots should show only what is needed for verification; conceal unrelated transactions and personal information. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Refund communication also takes place through tickets in your account. Do not submit your account password, subscription link, payment password, or wallet private key in a ticket.

Returns to the Original Payment Method

Payments made through Alipay or WeChat Pay are returned through the original payment channel whenever possible. This links the return to the original order and reduces the need to verify separate payment details. If the channel cannot process a return to the original method, VPNUR will explain why in the ticket and confirm an available option with the account holder. You will not be asked to pay an unrelated account to receive a refund.

USDT transfers follow a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay. Include a verifiable transaction record with your request. If a return address is needed, confirm the address and the corresponding network in the ticket. Do not assume that a transfer can be returned across networks. Any differences in the return amount, network fees, or other handling details must be explained and confirmed before processing. No fixed exchange rate or fee terms beyond the stated facts are promised.

Refund Progress and End of Service

Accepting a refund request, sending the return, and receiving the funds are separate stages. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on order verification, payment channel processing, and any required network confirmations. This policy does not set an unverified fixed arrival time. Ticket records are the reference for checking progress. If a return has been sent but has not arrived, include the status shown by the payment channel in your ticket to avoid splitting information across duplicate requests.

Once a refund is complete, the benefits provided by the corresponding order end, including any remaining data or subscription benefits. Follow the ticket instructions while your request is being processed; a refund request does not pause billing. For other service rules, see the Terms of Service.
