Service Scope

VPNUR provides subscriptions to international routes and client access for cross-border access, international websites, and network acceleration. Routes cover 120+ countries / 250+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Refer to the user panel for the current route list, plan benefits, and access details.

The service provides network connectivity and does not include memberships, content licenses, or account permissions for third-party websites. Users must provide compatible devices and a basic network connection, and follow the rules of the services they access. Regional coverage does not mean that every website is accessible through every route.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; users can register with a username and password. Users should keep their login credentials, subscription links, and imported configurations secure, and must not publish them or provide them to others. If credentials are exposed or used abnormally, change the password promptly and request assistance through a user panel ticket.

Unlimited concurrent devices are supported for the account holder's use on their own devices; this does not authorize resale or sharing. Renting or transferring accounts, splitting and reselling subscriptions, sharing them with other users, or offering network access to others is prohibited.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. For mid-cycle upgrades, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should check billing terms and data allowances before activation, and monitor remaining usage in the panel. A data package that does not expire does not permit usage beyond the amount purchased.

Lawful Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they reside and where they use the service, and ensure they have the necessary authorization for their activities. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including fraud, violations of others' privacy or intellectual property rights, distribution of unlawful content, unauthorized system access, cyberattacks, or sending malicious programs.

Interfering with route operations, maliciously consuming resources, or disrupting other users' connections is prohibited. Users are responsible for activity under their accounts and for content they transmit. VPNUR's route access does not constitute approval of the legality of user activity or endorsement of third-party content.

Availability and Limitations of Liability

Network connectivity depends on users' local networks, carrier routing, device configurations, route maintenance, and third-party platform policies. VPNUR does not guarantee constant speeds, uninterrupted connections, or the continued availability of any specific website. If an issue occurs, users can check their configuration, switch routes, and submit a ticket with details on how to reproduce the issue.

Maintenance, network disruptions, or force majeure events may temporarily limit some features. The service is not a substitute for users' data backups or business continuity arrangements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNUR is not liable for losses arising from changes to third-party services, user configuration errors, or inadequate protection of credentials. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing, system attacks, or continued disruption of the service, VPNUR may restrict access, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account based on the level of risk. If an urgent risk requires immediate action, VPNUR may first suspend the relevant access and then notify the user through the panel with an explanation of the action taken.

Users who believe a restriction was applied in error may request a review through a user panel ticket and provide details relevant to the issue. Do not submit passwords or complete subscription links. Account restrictions and fee matters are handled separately under the applicable terms and law.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

VPNUR may update these terms due to service changes, compliance requirements, or policy improvements, and will update the date on this page. Changes affecting users' principal rights or obligations will be announced on the website or in the user panel, with details of when they take effect and how they may affect users. Changes will not retroactively remove rights users have under the law. Users should review announcements and may submit a ticket with any questions or objections.
