What to Prepare Before Contacting Support
A clear description helps us investigate more than repeated submissions. Include the issue type in the subject, then describe what you expected, what happened, and what you did before and after the issue appeared. If you already have a ticket, add details there so the full context stays together.
Connection & Client Issues
Tell us which platform you use: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Include the region and route shown in the client, the connection mode, and any error message. Also note whether the issue affects all websites or only a specific international site.
If you’ve switched routes or changed your local network, describe what changed afterward. You can attach relevant screenshots, but hide sensitive account details and subscription URLs. Never send your password, sensitive payment details, or a complete subscription link.
Subscription & Billing Issues
Tell us whether the issue concerns a monthly subscription or a data plan, and include the plan, order status, and payment method shown in your account panel. VPNUR supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For payment checks, include the relevant order number and a screenshot of the panel status. Do not include your payment account password.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data plans never expire and can be used until depleted. If your question concerns a data balance change, tell us which record you’re viewing so we can clarify how it was calculated.
Refund Requests
VPNUR offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Submit a ticket with your refund request and the relevant order details. For eligibility and instructions, see the refund policy. After submitting your request, check the original ticket for review updates and next steps. A ticket response and the arrival of a refund are separate steps and may not happen at the same time.
