Selecting a plan takes you to the plans page in the user dashboard; no payment is taken directly on this page. First, confirm you are signed in to the right account, then choose a plan. Before creating an order, check the plan name, data allowance, billing option and amount. If you already have a plan and want to upgrade or switch, review the instructions shown in the dashboard.
Pay using the methods shown at checkout. Follow the payment page instructions for Alipay or WeChat Pay. For USDT, check the network, address and amount shown at checkout; do not use details copied from another page or an old record. After paying, return to the user dashboard to check the order status. Closing the payment page does not mean the order is complete.
Check Your Plan Status After Payment
Confirm the order record and plan status, then go to the client section to get the client and subscription for your platform. Monthly plan users should check the reset date; data pack users should check their remaining data. Before renewing, confirm your billing option so you don't mistake a data pack for an allowance that resets monthly.
If the payment and plan statuses don't match, keep your order details and check the dashboard records. Don't create the same order again. Open a support ticket with your chosen plan, payment method and what you see on the page. Include proof of payment if needed. Before sharing a screenshot, hide account details and any payment information unrelated to the issue.
